Our cancellation policy is a minimum of 48 hours’ notice​

• Failing to give us a 48 hours’ notice will be result in our cancellation fee.

• Our cancellation fee for hair appointments (wash, cut, blow-dry/haircuts) is 50% of your total service price.

• Our cancellation fee for ALL hair colouring services is 50% of your total service price.

• We reserve the right to charge your card the associated amount if you miss your appointment.  

• If a client fails to show to their appointment, they will be charged the associated cost with the services.  

• A deposit will be taken for all colour services.

• For clients who regularly fail to make it to the appointments, we reserve the rights to take full payment in advance for all bookings.

• Appointments which are considerably altered at short notice (less than 24 hours) will have to pay a 20% fee of the initial total booking price on top of their current altered service. This appointment alteration policy only applies to colouring appointments such as highlights, full head colour, sombre/Ombre & balyage. This is to protect the stylist schedules and respect their time slots.
